Refund policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS.

We ONLY allow same items exchanges on items that arrived damaged. (Expiration Time for reporting damages is 5 days after item being delivered.)

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We Do Not cover shipping back to us but once received we will gladly Exchange (we WILL cover shipping back to you in a exchange). Please Send Item along with a Note stating you Order Number or Name and what hat you want to exchange for. Once a Order Is Placed we do NOT allow refund or cancellations, We only allow exchanges based on terms above.

CAN I WEAR THE EARS ON RIDES?

They will hold on all day at the park in normal activity like walking, bumping into people, chasing your kids, racing to the restroom, mild winds. But we cannot ensure they will last on rollercoasters. ESPECIALLY FAST RIDES THAT YOU WOULD LOOSE HEAD BANDS AND HATS CAN FLY OFF!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized item Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
