I ordered a pair of ears and a hat last week and didn't receive it due to USPS saying they delivered the package to my mailbox. The delivery isn’t your fault butI have been emailing this company for assistance and not a single email back.

The hat is huge! Even on the last hole, its too large. Probably mens size. I didnt realize the Disneyland isnt centered, looks off to me. I will give this hat away.
